Work

Systems I've built with clients.

Each build told in the same shape: the problem, how I approached it, the tools I used, and what changed. Client names stay private. This page grows as more work is completed.

01

Multi-Channel Lead Tracking

Tools used

  • Microsoft Forms
  • Power Automate
  • SharePoint Lists

Problem

I worked with a client whose leads were coming in from multiple funnel channels, and every channel lived in its own place. There was no unified way to see who had come in, from where, or what had happened next. Follow-up depended on someone remembering to check.

Approach

I started by mapping every entry point a lead could come through and what information we actually needed from each. From there I built one intake path using Microsoft Forms, a Power Automate flow to catch, clean and route each submission, and a SharePoint List designed as the single source of truth, with status columns built for decisions rather than decoration.

Result

One clear pipeline. My client could act on lead status instantly instead of guessing.

02

Year-Long Campaign Scheduling Automation

Tools used

  • Power Automate
  • SharePoint Lists
  • Outlook Calendar

Problem

A year of campaign dates and events had to be entered by hand, one calendar item at a time. It was slow, easy to get wrong, and the kind of task that quietly eats a whole afternoon every time plans shifted.

Approach

I structured the campaign dates as data first, then built an automation that reads that structure and generates the calendar events and reminders in bulk. When a date changes, the source changes, and the calendar follows.

Result

A full year of campaign dates and events on the calendar, with manual calendar entry removed entirely.

03

Idea-to-Planner Automation

Tools used

  • Microsoft Forms
  • Power Automate
  • Microsoft Planner

Problem

New campaign ideas arrived informally, and turning each one into an organized project meant someone had to build the board, write the tasks and chase the right people. Good ideas stalled in the gap between "yes" and "started."

Approach

I built a submission form for new ideas that triggers a Power Automate flow. The flow creates a Planner board from a consistent structure, adds the standard tasks, and assigns them to the right people with timing that matches how the work actually unfolds.

Result

A new campaign idea now generates its own Planner board, tasking the right people at the right time.
