Questions before you book.
Pricing, process, tools, timing and fit. If your question isn't here, ask it on the free call or send me a note; I'd rather you ask than guess.
Engagement
Every engagement starts with an audit. We'll have a real conversation about where your time is going, and I'll map your actual process, not a template. From there I scope a specific build with you, build it while checking in along the way, and hand it off fully documented. If you'd like me to stay on, we move into a retainer.
Yes. Some clients want a clean handoff and a system they run themselves, and that's exactly what the documentation is for. I also offer Ongoing Support & Administration retainers for clients who want consistent help with day-to-day work, whether alongside a build or after it.
No. It's just me. You work directly with the person building your system, from the first audit call to the final handoff. No account managers, no handoffs, no telephone game.
Honest access to how things really work, a bit of time for check-ins during the build, and access to the relevant tools. I'll guide the rest. This is a partnership, not a black box.
Tools
Most of my builds live in the Microsoft 365 ecosystem: Power Automate, SharePoint, Planner, Forms, Outlook and Teams. When your business runs on other apps, I use Zapier to connect them, and I add AI-assisted steps where they genuinely save time, always with a person reviewing anything that matters.
Not necessarily. Many small businesses already pay for Microsoft 365 and use a fraction of it, so that's often the fastest path. If you're on other platforms, we can build with Zapier and the apps you already use. We'll decide together during the audit.
Practically and carefully. I use AI-assisted steps inside workflows where they clearly help, such as summarizing intake notes, categorizing requests or drafting a first reply for review. I don't hand decisions about your clients to a model, and I'll always explain exactly what any AI step is doing.
Timeline
It depends on scope. A focused automation sprint can move quickly, while a full SharePoint architecture with several connected flows takes longer. After the audit I'll give you a clear timeline for your specific build before any work begins, so you're never guessing.
We'll spend thirty minutes talking about your business and where the time is leaking. You'll leave with a clearer picture either way. If it makes sense to work together, I'll follow up with a proposed audit and build scope.
Pricing
The systems audit call is free. Services have starting prices listed on the Services page; after the audit, I'll scope the exact build so you know what's included before you commit. Ongoing support is available in monthly retainer packages at a flat $50/hour.
Fit
It's a strong fit if you run a small to medium business, you're doing the same manual steps every week, and you'd rather have a system than another person to manage. It's not a fit if you're looking for marketing strategy, brand creative or ad management; I automate the operational side of marketing, not the strategy.
No. I'm an operations specialist and business process automation consultant. I build the systems underneath your business. Marketing only shows up where it has operations underneath it: pipelines, content calendars and reporting.
